How do you charge?
We price on outcomes, not hours. Most work starts with a fixed-scope discovery, then a pilot and build, each with a price and a deliverable agreed up front. How fast can we see something working?
Usually a few weeks. We aim to put a real, working pilot on your data quickly, rather than spend months on planning before you see value.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The models, code, and data are yours. We build to hand over, with clean documentation, and we are happy to train your team to run it.
Do we have to send our data to a third party?
No. We can run models in your cloud, your private network, or on your own hardware. We design for privacy and keep your data where you want it.
We have tried AI pilots that went nowhere. How is this different?
Most pilots stall because they were never built for production, security, or scale. We define the metric first, build to real-world constraints from day one, and plan the path to production before we start.
Do we need a big data team or platform already in place?
No. If the foundations are missing, we build them. If they exist, we use them. Either way we keep the footprint lean and the cost in check.
Which models and tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job. We work across the major model providers and open models, and we are honest about trade-offs in cost, quality, and control. We are not tied to any one vendor.
How do we get started?
